What to do with Lobster tails? - lobstering cake designs
I have two lobster tails cooked prime rib tonight, and I wanted to do anything other than grilled or steamed with butter and serve. Consider Lobster Pie (like a crab cake), but can not find recipes, I'm sure. Do you think that it is safe to simply replace the crab in a lobster recipe? Or do you have other suggestions?
